Advisory Services
Q: When I call, who will I be talking to?

A: You will be talking directly to a trained financial advisor. Financial advisors offer the educational tools, guidance, strategies and products needed to manage your retirement savings. They help plan for and move smoothly through the transitions people will face on the path to retirement.

Financial advisors are Registered Representatives and Investment Advisor Representatives with InterSecurities, Inc. Many hold the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Finally, financial advisors give you straight talk and provide direction on turning your retirement savings into income strategies. They'll help you make the most of what has been set aside, so you can make a more prepared transition into retirement.

Q: How are your financial advisors compensated?

A: Financial advisors are salaried professionals. They are not compensated on the basis of product volume, sale size or type, but they do receive bonuses as related to quality of advice, customer feedback and long-term business growth. Keep in mind that investing does involve fees and expenses. These will be explained in the prospectuses and other account documents you receive. You should consider all such information carefully before investing.

A: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CT, Monday - Thursday.
7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CT, Friday.

Our advisors work together, so any of them can answer your questions, carry out your transactions or offer you advice when appropriate.
